Accountant careers are in constant demand. The Bureau of Labor Statistics projects that auditor and accountant careers will continue to have strong growth through 2016. This is largely due to the ever-expanding economy and enforcement of stricter government regulations. Careers for bookkeeping, accounting and auditing clerks will continue to have average growth.

- Expected to grow by 12%, or 264,000 jobs, by 2016.
